It’s Time to Build, an employer branding initiative created in partnership with the Fédération du Bâtiment et des Travaux Publics de la Haute-Garonne, aims to attract young people to careers in construction and break down stereotypes about this industry!

A viral campaign to promote construction careers

The campaign is designed to showcase the reality of construction professions: highlighting their diversity, innovative nature, critical role in the energy and climate transition, and the integration of new digital technologies. But how do we engage an entire generation of learners with messaging that resonates? Through a viral initiative led by our ambassador Sofiane Guitoune, a former French international rugby union player.

Helmeted and Cultured !

The campaign features a series of ten videos testing learners’ general knowledge about the construction industry alongside our ambassador. The goal is to challenge perceptions and shine a light on these future-focused professions.
